MySpot is designed with your privacy in mind. We don't collect personal data, don't require an account, and everything you save stays on your device. Here's the full picture.
MySpot ("we," "our," or "the app") is an iOS application that helps you save and find your parking location. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it's used, and your rights as a user.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. MySpot does not require you to create an account, and your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to back it up via iCloud.
MySpot collects only the information needed to provide its core features. All data is stored locally on your device.
Location Data
When you save a parking spot, MySpot accesses your device's GPS to record the coordinates of your location. This data is stored on your device only and is never transmitted to any server.
Photos
You may optionally add photos of your parking spot or vehicle. These photos are stored locally on your device. MySpot does not upload photos to any server or third-party service.
Vehicle Information
If you choose to add vehicles, MySpot stores details you provide — such as vehicle name, make, model, color, and license plate — locally on your device.
Notes & Preferences
Any notes, timer settings, notification preferences, and app settings are stored locally on your device using Apple's standard storage mechanisms.
Parking History
Premium users may access a history of past parking sessions, including timestamps, coordinates, and associated notes or photos. This data is stored locally on your device.

MySpot does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
MySpot stores all data locally on your device using Apple's standard storage. If you have iCloud backup enabled on your device, your app data may be included in your device backup as part of Apple's standard backup process. This backup is managed entirely by Apple and governed by Apple's iCloud privacy policy. MySpot does not independently sync or upload data to iCloud or any other cloud service.

You can manage or revoke any of these permissions at any time in your device's Settings app.
All data is stored on your device and under your control. You can delete individual parking sessions, vehicles, or your full parking history at any time within the app. Uninstalling MySpot will remove all locally stored app data from your device.
MySpot is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
